About the Event
May 3rd is the #ClimateElection National Day of Action at Federal MP and candidates’ office across Australia - and we need everyone there! We're turning out at Russell Broadbent's office to demand he commits to the urgent climate action we all deserve:
1. #StopAdani
2. No new fossil fuels, which includes No Drilling in the Bight
3. 100% Renewables by 2030
Climate change is here and it’s hurting people now. The impacts are all around us: extreme heat, drought, floods and more. The #ClimateElection National Day of Action is a deadline for all politicians to step up and tell the community whether they will lead be a climate leader.
To change the politics of climate change we need everyone - this action is for the young, old and everyone in between!
Co-hosted with School Strike 4 Climate and the Australian Youth Climate Coalition in Victoria.
See you on May 3!
